Return Eligibility

  • All products purchased from Kipovine can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the items must be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. All original contents, accessories, and labels must be intact. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the buyer being responsible for all associated expenses, and no refund will be granted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Eligible Returns

Items that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not be considered for returns. These situations include but are not limited to:

  1. The purchased item does not meet the return criteria.
  2. The received product does not meet the return conditions.

Refunds Process

Reasons for Refund

Out of Stock Items

PayPal Issues

If there is a discrepancy between your PayPal account name and address and the name and shipping address on your order, you will receive a verification email. Failure to respond within three working days will result in an automatic refund.

Order Cancellation

Should you decide to cancel your order, please contact us via email kipovine@gmail.com. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

  3. When returning items, please use your local post office rather than DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX, as these fast delivery methods may incur import taxes and customs delays. We will arrange a replacement or refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
