  3. Why Haven't I Received a Tracking Code?

    Standard shipping, while cost-effective, does not provide tracking for orders under $30. If you used standard shipping and your order is below $30, you will not receive a tracking code.

    If you used an alternative shipping method or your order is over $30 with standard shipping and have not received a tracking code, please check your order status as it may not have been shipped yet.
